Job Description:
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for recruiting and screening employees, orienting them to the hospital or health care institution, explaining and managing benefit programs, and helping to maintain an overall working environment that reinforces each employee’s sense of satisfaction and personal fulfillment. He or she may also design salary plans, counsel employees with work-related problems, organize employee activity programs, and conduct or administer special training classes.
Salary: $63,000 to $108,900
Education and Professional Requirements:
Most positions require a baccalaureate degree in Business, Human Resource Administration or a related field. Master’s degrees are preferred by many employers.
